  • Summer in Leicester Square is a free-to-attend public event featuring outdoor cinema, live sports screenings, food and drink vendors.
  • All event details, including dates, times, and programming, are subject to change without notice.
  1. Film & Sports Screenings
  • The event includes a range of free film and live sports screenings.
  • Some films may be rated 12A, meaning children under 12 may attend only if accompanied by an adult who judges the content suitable.
  • Screenings are first come, first served. While a generous number of deckchairs are available, seating is not guaranteed. Attendees are welcome to bring picnic blankets or other seating for use within designated areas.
  • Screening times and content are subject to change and may be cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather, including rain or strong winds. Please follow our official social media channels for real-time updates.
  1. Alcohol Availability
  • Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from the onsite bar.
  • Only individuals of legal drinking age (18+) may purchase or consume alcohol and we operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic ID will be required at the point of purchase.
  • We promote responsible drinking. The right to refuse service is reserved at the discretion of staff.
  1. Children & Families
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  1. Venue Rules
  • By attending the event, you agree to follow all venue regulations and instructions provided by event staff or security personnel.
  • Anti-social, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the event site.

  • Food and soft drinks can be taken onsite, but only alcohol purchased from the bar may be consumed onsite.

  • Photography and filming may be conducted throughout the event for promotional purposes.
  • By attending, you grant permission to be included in photos or recordings. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform a member of the event team.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Please stay alert to your surroundings and follow all health and safety notices.
  • If you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms of illness, we ask that you do not attend.
  • In case of emergency, please follow directions from staff or emergency services personnel.
  1. Liability
  • All attendees enter at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.
